Only the two people involved in a stay that was actually accepted can write one, once each. The traveller rates six separate criteria, and the rating shown is the average of those six — calculated on our side, not entered by the traveller. Nobody from outside can post a review, or have one taken down.

Everything that was agreed — price, dates, terms — stays written down and timestamped in the built-in messaging. In the event of a disagreement, it's no longer your word against theirs: there's a record, and our team can read it.

How are traveller payments handled?
You decide. wintbat puts you in touch — after that it's between the two of you. Cash on arrival, RIB transfer, CIB, EDAHABIA, BaridiMob: it's your choice, it's your relationship. We take nothing, ever.
What if a traveller doesn't pay / cancels at the last minute?
Since the contract is direct between you and the traveller, you set your own rules (down payment, non-refundable, security deposit). Our support team can arbitrate in the event of a proven dispute.
Can I publish several properties under a single account?
Yes. Unlimited listings. Villa + homestay room + car + culinary experience: all under the same host profile, with no additional fees.
What exactly is the APC form?
Algerian law 08-11 requires hosts receiving foreign travellers to declare their stay to the APC (police station). We automatically generate the pre-filled PDF with the traveller's details — you download it and drop it off.
What documents do I need to provide to create my account?
None. An email and a password are enough to create your account; your public name and phone number to become a host. Two minutes. You can publish your first listing without submitting a single document. Documents come later and serve two purposes: your ID document opens the "Verified host" badge, which travellers look at; the title deed or lease, the APC authorization and the MRH certificate are what Algerian law requires in order to host — not a wintbat requirement.
Does wintbat bill me in dinars or in foreign currency?
No billing at sign-up. If premium services are introduced later (boosted visibility, pro tools), they'll be offered in dinars (DZD) via CIB, EDAHABIA, BaridiMob, or DZ bank transfer. Zero conversion, zero international bank fees.
How long between signing up and the first booking?
